Control food intake to prevent cancer growth

Control food intake to prevent cancer growth

A balanced diet is the key. Eat enough to feel sated but not too much to have left over to feed the cancer.  Don't eat so little that you feel hungry often.  This will cause you to eat more. This will cause elevated intake of carbohydrates and protein imbalance that will cause insulin to work overtime. One must control the insulin levels in the blood.  It must stay steady and not fluctuate wildly.

Eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits (avoid the sweet fruits)

Fat intake
Cut your fat intake, particularly Omega 6 (from protein).  It is the "fertilizer" for cancer cell growth.  Anything fried or sautéed in oil (meaning heated) is the favorite stimulant for cancer growth. To counter that we use Omega 3(fish oil) and Omega 9 (extra virgin olive oil), unheated. You can add olive oil in the cooking process by steaming or sautéing fish or vegetables in water, and then add olive oil at the end of cooking process.  Omegas 3 and 9 intake will help control bad hormones, cholesterol, and insulin levels in your blood.

Protein
It's a nutrient we must have, but too much is bad because the liver will work too hard to break it down.  Protein has too much omega 6 fat content. Especially animal proteins; they contain aminotieonine acid which is the favorite food for cancer cells. When it digests into ammonia, the liver will over-work and it changes into urea .  The kidneys will overwork after that it turn into 9 poisoning by-products in the large intestine. If your body really needs extra protein "whey" is the best source for it, except people who have brain cancer.

Simple Carbohydrates
Flour, sugar, bananas, carrots, ripe mangos, ripe papayas, potatoes and corn will stimulate high levels of insulin production in the body. Insulin will transform omega 6 to fatty arachidonic acids or AA, which is very dangerous because it is a building block of icosanoid hormones, the bad kind of hormone which promotes cancer growth. This was tested by injecting it into a lab rat.  It died in 3 minutes.  Therefore, blood insulin control is very critical. By eating fresh vegetables and fruits (not sweet) and eating omegas 3 and 9 one can control and prevent fatty acid AA from occurring.

Sodium
One must reduce sodium intake to a necessary minimum. Also, try to avoid
eating vegetables and fruit that are high in potassium. If you feel tired because your sodium intake is low, then you have to adjust the intake.
Try low sodium salt or light soy sauce can help in this regard.

Vitamin C
Our body has 75 billion cells. Every cell has protective membrane called Glycosaminoglycan.  It's like an armor to protect our cells from disease and germ attacks, but if any cell lacks the protective membrane, it also produce an enzyme called hyalruronidase that will destroy other healthy cells membrane and cause cancer in them. Vitamin C will fight and help eliminate this effect, inhibiting production of bad enzymes, hindering the cancer's ability to spread.  Take 20 grams of Vitamin C per day, spread the doses throughout the day. You will feel more refreshed, reduce your stress levels and produce more white blood cells to help fight cancer and other diseases.

Fish oil
Consume 8 grams of Omega 3 per day.  Make sure it has EPA and DHA in it.  It will help your lips and skin be more healthy.  Omega 3s also help elevate your mood and reduce irritability.

Exercise
Exercise will help the  body produce heat and perspiration, thereby expelling bad elements through our skin.  Also, using a sauna, steam bath or hot tub will help your body receive and generate heat to produce white blood cells.  This will help fight cancer.

Sunbathing
Expose yourself under the sun light, in the morning or late afternoon which the sunlight is not too strong. Sunlight will stimulate our body to produce vitamin D. Make sure not to do this in intense sunlight because too much sun exposure can cause skin cancer.

Good diet to fight cancers
Tomato, garlic, green papaya, avocado, bell peppers, green apples (not sweet), onions, shallots, bean sprouts are good in helping fight cancer.  Drinking green tea, and mineral water also help reduce cancer cells and build white blood cells.  Coenzyme Q10 helps other enzymes work better and fight cancer. Daily dose of 160 to 400 milligrams recommended for cancer patients. 60 milligrams for persons who don't have cancer.

Melatonin is a body's natural hormone. It is available in supplement form. Take it before bedtime; will help strengthen the immune system. Do not take melatonin during the daytime for it will have the opposite effect.

Minerals
Zinc, chromium, selenium, are an antioxidants. Anemic cancer patients should take vitamins B-9, B-12, liver extracts, and eat green vegetables, especially the deeper green ones like spinach, kale, collard greens.

Detoxify colon with Coffee Enema
Take regularly brewed coffee, at room temperature. Pour into an enema bottle. Follow the directions for a standard enema. Hold for 15 minutes, preferably while lying down. Discharge after fifteen minutes is up. Coffee is the best detoxifying agent for the body. Detox with coffee twice a day-- in the morning and evening.
