Tips to reduce wrinkles at the neck

Prevention wrinkles is much more easier than reducing wrinkles. Apart from healthy diet, avoid sunlight, no smoking, drink a lot of water (2 liters for women and 3 liters for men everyday) and use good collagen moisturiser for your neck, here are some simple tips to avoid neck wrinkles. It is your body positions.

* when sleep, use less pillows. Only one pillow or no pillow.

* sleeping position : try to sleep on your back rather than on one side. This will help prevent eyes wrinkles as well. 

* do not read any books in your bed. 

* always be in upright position, do not bend or lean your neck.
